Film brothers Coen "No Country for Old Men" reward National Board of Review of Motion Pictures as the "Best Film" of the year and also won in the category of "Best Actor" and of "Best Adapted Screenplay". The results were announced in December, a formal award ceremony took place on 15 January in New York.
In NBRMP, the "Best Director" in 2007 declared Tim Burton for the film "Sweeney Todd".
The "Best Actor" was named George Clooney for the work in the "Michael Clayton" and "Best Actress" - Julie Christie for the role in the movie "Away From Her".
The "Best Directorial Debut" acknowledged Ben Affleck for the criminal drama "Gone Baby Gone".
